-
You describe the problem.
Email or a scheduled call. I'll tell you whether it's something I can fix before you commit to anything.
-
Scheduled intake.
One call to see the environment and confirm scope.
-
I work offline.
Diagnosis, development and testing happen in your environment on my time.
-
Defined turnaround.
48–72 hours on a scoped issue, or an agreed date on larger work. Stated up front, every time.
What I need to start: read access to a clone or development instance, a described problem, and one named point of contact.
What I don't claim: I am not a 24/7 on-call service and I won't pretend otherwise. If you need someone reachable at 2am during close, you need a staffed support organization, and I'll tell you that instead of taking your money.
