What we collect

This site collects personal information in exactly two places, both of them forms you fill in yourself:

• The contact form — name, company, email, phone, EBS version, module, and your description of the issue. Used to respond to your inquiry, and for nothing else.
• The guide request forms — name, work email, company, EBS version, and role, plus standard campaign parameters (UTM tags) if you arrived from an ad or a link. Used to email you the guide you asked for, and to send one follow-up email about the practice roughly three days later.

We also record basic, first-party usage events for the guide pages (a page was viewed, a form was submitted, a download completed) tied to the guide rather than to advertising profiles. This site sets no third-party advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts.

What we do with it

• Deliver what you asked for — the guide download link, or a reply to your inquiry.
• Send at most one follow-up email per guide request describing what the practice does. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which is honored across all future sends immediately.
• Notify us internally (by email and text message) that an inquiry or request arrived, so it gets answered quickly.

What we don't do

• No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with third parties for their marketing.
• No newsletter you didn't ask for, and no adding you to recurring sequences.
• No third-party ad tracking pixels on this site.

Service providers

Your data is processed by the vendors that run this site's plumbing: Netlify (hosting and form processing, including lead storage), Resend (email delivery), Sendblue (our internal SMS notification), and Anthropic (used only to summarize long issue descriptions into our internal notification — your submission is not used to train models). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and your rights

Guide-request records are kept while they're operationally useful and deleted on request. To have your data removed, corrected, or exported — or to ask anything about this policy — email wagreen@william-delaney.com and it will be handled directly, by a person.

Governing law

This site is operated by William Delaney Consulting, Inc., an Alabama corporation. Any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, venue Montgomery County.
